Tully has accumulated 25 years professional experience as a mining engineer within the minerals industry. This experience spans mine operations, mine design, mine planning, technical services management, mining study management, due diligence and independent technical review. Tully’s commodity sector exposure is diverse, spanning base metals, precious metals and industrial minerals.
With 25 years’ of Corporate Services experience across multiple business functions and various industries, Skye is a versatile all-rounder supporting the team in Marketing, Finance and Human Resources. Known for being professional, approachable and solutions-focused, Skye ensures the team operates efficiently while helping drive key projects forward.
With a career spanning mine management, technical services and engineering leadership, Chris brings a wealth of underground hard rock mining experience to the Auryn team. Having worked as a Mine Manager, Technical Services Superintendent, Mine Engineering Superintendent and Mining Engineer, he understands the realities of mining from the ground up. Passionate about practical, well-designed solutions, Chris has deep expertise in underground drill and blast design, mine planning, ventilation and mine design. Known for his collaborative approach and focus on safety and efficiency, he’s dedicated to helping clients get the best out of every operation.
Shane brings over 30 years of underground mining experience, delivering capital projects across mining, infrastructure and rehabilitation. He has managed portfolios from $2M to $100M+ and led projects from early studies through to execution and close-out. With a background spanning underground operations to senior leadership roles, Shane offers a practical, safety-focused approach and works closely with clients to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
